Red Raion, the CGI studio for media based attractions, is working with Pradera Islands on a new attraction, The Secret of Arayat. Located inside a massive volcano in the Pradera Islands, a new theme park being built in the Philippines, this indoor dark ride will immerse visitors in an exciting adventure with the park’s beloved mascots.
Red Raion is responsible for the creation of CGI content showcased across the attraction, employing immersive screen technology and fog screens to enhance the storytelling experience. These screens blend effortlessly with the physical set extensions that surround them, creating the illusion of windows into concealed areas of the volcanic grotto.
An “awesome and stunning dark ride”
Focusing on the mascot characters of Pradera Islands, Red Raion’s media content enhances the narrative, showcasing the studio’s ability to create visually captivating and immersive experiences.
“Red Raion has an excellent team of skilled animation experts who delivered outstanding work for Secret of Arayat. They were meticulous, accommodating, and have collaborated closely with us to refine the dark ride’s previous work, ensuring it aligned with Pradera Islands’ vision for an awesome and stunning dark ride,” says Javi Velasco, Pradera Islands creative director and media consultant.

The Secret of Arayat will be a flagship attraction at Pradera Islands. Red Raion says it is honoured to be part of this ambitious project and looks forward to unveiling the adventure to guests from around the world.
Last month, Red Raion revealed a new project called Adventures of Chikku – Wild Ride. This has been created in partnership with Wonderla, India’s biggest amusement park chain.
