Disneyland Paris has opened an immersive restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert and serving dishes themed to Disney films, including the poison apple in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
The new restaurant at Disneyland Hotel, named La Forêt Secrète, is an enchanting forest-themed space offering a French fine dining experience
“I have a very special connection with Disneyland Paris because all the magic of the films that I dream about comes to life here,” said Imbert.

“This restaurant is strongly influenced by my childhood memories, particularly when I would come to the park, as well as my favorite films.”
For the theme park‘s new restaurant, Imbert has created five-course and three-course menus, and for the first time in his career, a special menu for children.
The culinary journey begins with a seafood starter inspired by The Little Mermaid or Mrs. Pott’s brew, a Beauty and the Beast-themed root vegetable ravioli with a truffle broth.

The dining experience continues with Prince Ali’s tagine, taking inspiration from Aladdin and featuring a chicken ballotine stuffed with dates and dried fruits.
Alternatively, guests can enjoy a Pirates of the Caribbean-themed casserole of blue Mediterranean bluefin tuna and a passion fruit vinaigrette.
Or, they can eat Remy’s Ratatouille, inspired by the Pixar Animation Studios film Ratatouille.

The children’s menu includes dishes such as Fairy Godmother’s Soup and the Lantern Festival fish and chips based on Tangled.
As for desserts, the restaurant is serving sweet treats such as Mickey’s Soufflé, Chip ’n’ Dale’s hazelnut ice cream, and Lost Ark shortbread.
“What I wanted to convey through the menu is this invitation to travel through their favorite experiences found at Disneyland Paris,” Imbert said.

Natacha Rafalski, présidente of Disneyland Paris, said: “At Disneyland Paris, we are always committed to enriching the experience of our guests, and gastronomy plays a vital role.”
She added, “Through this collaboration, our guests will be able to extend the magic of their day in the parks in an unparalleled way, diving into a world where imagination, tradition, and innovation meet around an exceptional gastronomic experience.”
