Hasbro and the Path Entertainment Group are taking the Monopoly Lifesized attraction to the US as a travelling experience.
The touring version, called Monopoly Lifesized: Travel Edition, was announced by London-based production company Path Entertainment as part of a licensing agreement with toy and game company Hasbro.
Monopoly Lifesized experiences include a life-sized board that teams of players can move around, taking part in challenges to acquire properties, earn money, pass go and go to jail.

David Hutchinson, CEO of Path Entertainment, said: “Since we opened our first site in London in 2021, audiences have been raving about Monopoly Lifesized – with over a quarter of a million guests having enjoyed the experience in the UK.
“We have since expanded into the Middle East, and I am now thrilled to be expanding the joy and love for the beloved board game by launching the US debut Monopoly Lifesized: Travel Edition in Denver, a destination that has a passion for interactive experiences.”
Following its three-year run in London, the theatrical and immersive concept will open in Colorado in October 2024, hosted by the Denver Center for the Performing Arts’ Off-Center arm.
After this, the experience will make its way across the US on a multi-year tour.

The Path Entertainment Group recently announced an expansion of its license with Hasbro to include Dungeons & Dragons and Clue/Cluedo. The company also recently opened a Paddington Bear experience at London’s County Hall.
