Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has announced a new collaboration with Le PAL amusement and wildlife park as the firm continues to grow in France.
Parc Le PAL is known for its compelling blend of wildlife encounters and thrilling attractions, and has established itself as a premier leisure destination. Its record-breaking attendance places it as the top site in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, and France’s fifth most popular park. Le PAL caters to the entire family, from the youngest to the most daring, with 31 attractions, over 1,000 animals, and a variety of educational activities.
Expansion in France
Le PAL will utilise Connect&GO’s entire Konnect ticketing platform, which includes online sales, POS, kiosks, CRM, payment solutions, corporate sales modules, and other functionalities. The Konnect platform combines integrated technology and real-time data, and will enable Le PAL to improve operational efficiency, optimise guest experiences, and increase revenue.
Arnaud Bennet, founder of Parc Le PAL and president of SNELAC (National Union of Leisure, Amusement, and Cultural Parks), says: “We were looking for a long-term technological partner who could support our vision and help us elevate the park to new heights. Connect&GO’s dedication to innovation and their commitment to excellence aligned perfectly with our goals, making the choice obvious.”
Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO, adds: “I am very grateful for the trust of Mr. Bennet and the entire Le PAL team.
“Throughout our discussions, we discovered a park that harmoniously combines hospitality, wildlife, nature and attractions, offering a truly unique experience! We were also impressed by the team’s keen motivation to challenge the status quo, a value deeply rooted in our corporate culture and mission. We look forward to contributing to Le PAL’s evolution through fully connected technology.”
The new collaboration represents a major landmark in Connect&GO’s aim to revolutionise the attractions industry in France and Europe. The firm has expanded its customer portfolio to include three of France’s top 10 attractions, consolidating its position as a leader in the country. This follows implementations with Looping Group earlier this year.
Connect&GO will be at stand 53 at the 2024 SNELAC meetings, which are taking place until 16 May at Parc Asterix. Attendees can book a meeting with the team by visiting the firm’s website.
Recently, Connect&GO announced a new partnership with P2:3 Consulting, a highly regarded consultancy in the waterpark industry. Together, the firms will help waterpark clients to raise their income potential and enhance the visitor experience.
