Luxury hotel chain Jumeirah is promoting some of its wellness experiences, from brain biohacking to cold therapy, across its portfolio of properties.

Jumeirah‘s wellness experiences include cold therapies in the Middle East, sleep programmes in Dubai and London, and brain biohacking in the Maldives and Bali.

Jumeirah Muscat Bay in Oman recently announced the launch of the Wim Hof Method fundamentals workshops. This treatment combines breathing and cold therapy to optimise guests’ bodies and minds.

Talise Ottoman Spa at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai includes a unique snow room where guests can practice cold therapy in a controlled environment to regulate their body temperatures.

At the Talise Spa at Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Hotel, guests can enjoy a range of wellness rituals and innovative spa products, including cryotherapy treatments.

Also in Dubai, the Talise Spa at Jumeirah Al Qasr is offering a sleep programme with activities such as Psych-K (psychological kinesiology), sound healing therapy and reiki.

Jumeirah Olhahali Island in the Maldives allows guests to biohack their brains with guided sunrise meditation and Tibetan bowl sound healing sessions, with vibrations, sound frequencies and rhythms used to induce a meditative state.

At Jumeirah Bali’s Talise Spa, guests can take part in yogic breathwork combined with ancient local customs.

Immersive wellness is one of blooloop’s top trends to watch this year.

Earlier this year at greenloop, Lindsay Madden-Nadeau, senior director of wellness strategy at Red Sea Global, revealed more about the potential use of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the wellbeing business.

Meanwhile, Meow Wolf co-founder Corvas Brinkerhoff is leaving the arts production company to launch an immersive spa called Submersive in Austin, Texas in 2026.

Jumeirah operates a portfolio of 26 properties across the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
