Embed demonstrates system reliability at International Bowl Expo 2024

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, has presented its reliable and innovative solutions at the International Bowl Expo, which took place from 1 to 2 July in Colorado, US.

Renowned for its technology partnerships with Apple, Google, and Amazon Web Services, the solutions provider demonstrated its system’s reliability at the show. This encompassed its customer service and payment processing gateway solutions.

Jeremy Dickamore, payment gateway guru at Embed, says: “We are always on the lookout at what stunts our customers’ potential for transformational growth and expansion – and one of them is losses from credit card processing fees or merchant fees from their payment providers. That’s why we offer free consultations by experts to help operators cut their losses and see the savings they can get from simply switching to another provider.”

Layers of value

The firm is working to raise awareness of how paying advertised rates rather than effective rates (which include various, variable levies) can result in loss of revenue.

Embed exhibited its Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including the Mobile Wallet virtual game card which generates a 5x increase in average reload value compared to cash or credit cards. In addition, the firm brought its Success Squad’s training arm, GoTrain, to the event to share the benefits of virtual and on-site staff training in driving increased Mobile Wallet registrations and sign-ups.

Megan Lim, transformation growth director, shares: “We also featured our all-new 40 Made-to-Order Designer Game Cards to help boost guest spend and loyalty.” These dynamic card designs are now available from Embed’s easy-to-use online shop.
