Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has entered into a new collaboration with Saunders Farm, an award-winning attraction in Ottawa, Canada.
With this partnership, Saunders Farm will use Connect&GO’s Konnect platform to streamline operations and provide seamless experiences using truly connected technology.
Enhanced visitor experience
Saunders Farm, a popular family destination for more than 45 years, offers 100 acres of activities including North America’s largest collection of full-sized hedge mazes. Visitors can enjoy a splash pad and pirate ship, hayrides through beautifully landscaped gardens, and seasonal events, including one of Canada’s biggest Halloween events.
Beginning in September, Saunders Farm will employ Connect&GO’s cloud-based Konnect platform to enable fast, seamless transactions and enhance reporting procedures, as well as boost sales of season passes, timed admission, and birthday parties.
In contrast to legacy technology, which keeps data compartmentalised and difficult to access, Konnect integrates eCommerce, point-of-sale, food and beverage, access management, and contactless payments into a single centralised platform with free-flowing data.
Mark Saunders, director of fun at Saunders Farm, says: “We were looking for a partner to help us create the best possible experience for our guests. Connect&GO’s technology is highly flexible and adaptable to our operations, and it gives us everything we need to help welcome our guests in a fast and efficient way.”
Saunders Farm will also use Konnect’s new F&B integration with Lightspeed, as well as its marketing and CRM integration with ActiveCampaign.
Myriam Blanchette, VP of customer success at Connect&GO, adds: “We’re delighted to welcome Saunders Farm to the Connect&GO family. Our platform is designed to simplify operations and enhance customer experiences, and we are excited to help Saunders Farm realize those capabilities.”
Last month, Connect&GO announced that it has been awarded NF525 certification for its attractions management platform. This milestone accomplishment sets a new standard for security, innovation, and compliance for attractions in France and worldwide.
