Camp and Disney are taking an immersive retail experience inspired by The Little Mermaid to Los Angeles this summer.
The show, an immersive and musical experience, will open on 2 August at Camp’s West Coast flagship location at Westfield Century City.
Located behind Camp’s signature magic door, the 5,300-square-foot undersea world is inspired by the 2023 film and created in collaboration with Disney.
Guests will get to sing and dance with live musicians playing songs from Disney’s The Little Mermaid, including ‘Under the Sea’, ‘Part of Your World’, ‘Kiss the Girl’ and ‘Poor Unfortunate Souls’.
They can also visit King Triton’s palace, take a seat on his throne, and control the seas with his magical trident. At Ariel’s grotto, visitors can take part in a scavenger hunt for “gadgets and gizmos a-plenty”.
Also, guests can slide through Ursula’s dark lair and watch a magic show, and explore an abandoned shipwreck with net tunnels, a crow’s nest and treasure chests.
“We are thrilled to bring our latest immersive show, which received an incredible response during its debut in Atlanta last year, to Los Angeles families this summer,” said Jenica Myszkowski, Camp’s CEO.
“This show is designed to captivate and delight audiences of all ages making it the perfect end-of-summer family outing.

There will, of course, be exclusive merchandise on sale in the Beachside Market.
Camp and Disney’s latest collaboration will be in LA for a limited time before moving to another Camp location. Additionally, Camp’s Encanto-inspired experience is in Washington, D.C.
