Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has made three strategic appointments to its leadership team as part of the firm’s growth plan.
The firm is expanding its market presence and strengthening its position as a leader in the international attractions industry. These appointments follow seven others made last month.
Key leadership roles
Gautier Poiret joins the firm as vice president of marketing and brings more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, product strategy, and team leadership. He previously served as VP of marketing and products at Laps, where he was responsible for substantial growth and innovation. His demonstrated ability to increase brand recognition, optimise marketing budgets, and lead large, multidisciplinary teams makes him an invaluable asset to the organisation.

Stéphane St-Arnauld has been named as vice president of engineering. With more than two decades of experience in software development and engineering leadership, St-Arnauld’s extensive technical knowledge and track record of driving technological improvements make him the perfect fit for Connect&GO’s ambitious engineering goals.
His prior experiences at Heyday by Hootsuite, Genvid Technologies, and Ubisoft demonstrate his ability to lead and scale engineering teams, optimise processes, and assure the effective implementation of new technologies.

Cédric Dutertre has been appointed senior account executive – France, bringing substantial experience in the French market and reaffirming the company’s commitment to expanding in the region. His skills in sales, business development, and project delivery in the ticketing and access control sectors will be critical to Connect&GO’s continued success.
Dutertre’s previous leadership roles for European ticketing organisations such as GANTNER Ticketing and Vivaticket, along with his extensive industry knowledge, make him a strategic hire. His appointment is of particular importance as the firm continues to build solid relationships, such as its work with Looping Group and other new clients in the region.
Dutertre says: “Ticketing is becoming digitalized through these consumption channels, turning the purchase process into an experience for the visitor that must be as seamless as possible. These notable hires demonstrate Connect&GO’s dedication to expansion and innovation. As the firm continues its Series B financing round, the appointment of further key team members highlights its commitment to becoming a global leader in the attractions management market.
