Aqualand Industries, a leading creator of durable activity products for the worldwide leisure industry, has announced the launch of a new service to help clients design visitor attractions and operate them profitably. Professionals will assist in defining and creating tracks for pedal carts and electric buggies. The service also offers advice on team building, health and safety, and vehicle operation.
Over several decades, Aqualand Industries has accumulated extensive experience working with various businesses, including privately owned glamping sites, worldwide holiday park chains, and well-known zoos. Now, in order to assist more organisations in accessing its expertise, it is launching a consultancy offer.
Improving the guest experience & boosting revenue
Carl Byford, general manager of Aqualand Industries, says: “We’ve learnt a lot of lessons over the years, and we can bring this experience to bear on a wide range of projects. The leisure industry works to tight deadlines where changes can be made to destinations in the off-season. It’s essential to have an effective plan in place to deliver projects on time and budget.
“Our service is focused on providing the planning support to ensure the guest experience is optimised and attractions run profitably.”
The Yorkshire-based company offers products such as child-friendly six-wheeled Crazi-Bugz, Adventure Trukz electric carts, and Adventurer pedal carts and can cater to a wide range of customers, from big operators such as Haven to smaller independent sites. Despite the export difficulties faced since Brexit, overseas orders have increased, attracting new clients from Denmark, France, and Ukraine.
Aqualand Industries produces all its goods in the United Kingdom at its specialised R&D and manufacturing facilities in West Yorkshire. It collaborates with leisure venues to help them generate more income. With the flexibility to provide operators with various product options, it offers leasing, outright purchase, or a combination of both. In addition, it provides product upkeep and servicing.
Aqualand Industries will attend IAAPA Expo Europe 2024, which takes place in Amsterdam from 23 to 27 September. Attendees can meet the team at booth #14928.
This summer, Aqualand Industries announced a new partnership with Chester Zoo, the most visited zoo in the UK. The team provided a dedicated track with Crazi-Bugz and Adventure-Trukz electric vehicles designed for drivers aged four to 14.
