International Live Music Conference (ILMC), has announced that Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL), a new event for the travelling show and exhibition industry, will return next year. Tickets are now on sale for the second edition of the event, which is dedicated to the global business of big-brand live entertainment, exhibitions, and touring family shows, taking place on Wednesday 26 February 2025.

TEL unites leading show and exhibition producers, rights holders, venue operators, and promoters for a day focused on this multibillion-dollar industry. Building on the remarkable success of the 2024 launch, the event will return in 2025 with a comprehensive schedule of discussion panels, masterclasses, and additional activities that address the critical issues impacting the business.

A chance for the industry to come together & share insights

This is an opportunity to unite as an industry, tackle shared challenges, and uncover new opportunities. Additionally, TEL 2025 will feature the popular Quickfire Session, showcasing an exciting array of exhibitions and shows available for booking.

ILMC will collaborate with partners Fever, FKP Scorpio Entertainment, and Proactiv – pivotal leaders in the industry – for this second edition.

The TEL event takes place in a 1,000-square-metre ballroom at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, coinciding with the first full day of the International Live Music Conference, where thousands of live entertainment professionals gather in London.

Entrance to TEL is free for ILMC 37 delegates, while one-day passes are also available to professionals only wishing to attend TEL. The event is steered by a key group of executives from across the family entertainment and touring exhibition space.

One highlight of this year’s inaugural Touring Entertainment LIVE event was a panel chaired by the CEO of Terrapin Station Entertainment, Jonathan Shank, titled We’ve Got 99 Problems & Here’s How We Solve Them, uniting all elements of the broader touring entertainment family to solve common issues and discuss opportunities for collective action.
