Universal Orlando has opened its second Epic Universe hotel, the Universal Terra Luna Resort, ahead of the new park’s launch this year.
Adjacent to the upcoming Epic Universe theme park, the new hotel has added 750 rooms to Universal Orlando‘s hotel portfolio.
Universal Terra Luna Resort was created by the award-winning Universal Creative team and is co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels.

An affordable hotel option, Terra Luna offers a variety of dining options, including Omega Cafe and Market, Luna Bar, and Moonrise Grill and Moonrise Bar.
Also, the hotel provides a resort-style pool with a hot tub and a fire pit, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a game room, and a Universal Orlando Resort shop.
Guests staying at Terra Luna Resort, or any of the Universal Orlando hotels, benefit from early park admission to Epic Universe when it opens, as well as free shuttle bus transportation.
Three new hotels at Universal Orlando
The first Epic Universe hotel, the Universal Stella Nova Resort, opened in January. This also houses 750 rooms, and cosmic-themed F&B options and amenities.
The third hotel for Epic Universe is the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, which includes a dedicated entrance to the theme park.
Universal Helios Grand Hotel is inspired by the astronomical and mythological themes of Celestial Park, one of Epic Universe’s five themed lands.

The other lands are: Super Nintendo World, Dark Universe, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk.
Earlier this month, Universal Orlando shared a first look at Epic Universe’s themed lands ahead of the imminent launch of the new park on 22 May.
Before that, Universal Orlando started selling single-day tickets to Epic Universe.
“Epic Universe is a whole new kind of theme park,” Epic Universe executive creative director Steve Tatham said in a recent video.
